A damaged roof doesn't wait for a convenient time, and neither do we. Big Toms Roofing keeps trucks staged around Harrisburg so a certified roofer can be looking at your roof within hours, not days, with a straight-talk estimate before any work starts.
Big Toms Roofing isn't a national call center that dispatches whoever's cheapest that week. We're a licensed roofing operation built around Harrisburg and the surrounding Harrisburg, PA communities, with crews who know the local building codes, the weather patterns, and the housing stock inside and out.
Whether it's an emergency leak at 2am or a planned replacement you've been putting off, Big Toms Roofing brings the same certified crew and the same upfront pricing to every Harrisburg job.
A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in Harrisburg as urgent — temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
When patching stops making financial sense, a full tear-off and reroof resets the clock on your home. We strip old material down to the deck, replace any rotten sheathing, install proper underlayment and ice-and-water protection, and finish with a manufacturer-certified shingle or metal system backed by a real warranty.
We work directly with property management companies and HOAs across Harrisburg to keep flat and low-slope roofs maintained on a predictable schedule, instead of waiting for emergency calls that disrupt business.
Buying or selling a home in Harrisburg? A pre-purchase roof inspection gives you real leverage in negotiations and peace of mind about what you're actually buying — no guessing about remaining roof life.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our Harrisburg crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Roof Replacement system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
Every one of these commitments exists because a Harrisburg homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
You'll know the exact scope and cost in writing before work starts, and that number doesn't move unless you approve a change.
Local dispatch means less time waiting and more time getting your roof actually fixed.
Our installers hold current manufacturer certifications, which means your warranty stays intact and the work meets code.
If something about the finished work doesn't sit right with you, call us back and we'll make it right — that's the deal.
Our team has sat through enough adjuster meetings in Harrisburg, PA to know what documentation actually moves a claim forward.
